 Product principle
The pipe electric heater is a device that converts electrical energy into thermal energy to heat the materials that need to be heated. During operation, the low-temperature fluid medium enters the input port through the pipeline under pressure and follows the specific heat exchange flow channel inside the electric heating container. The path designed based on the principles of fluid thermodynamics takes away the high-temperature thermal energy generated by the electric heating elements during operation, raising the temperature of the heated medium. The outlet of the electric heater obtains the high-temperature medium as required by the process. The internal control system of the electric heater automatically adjusts the output power of the electric heater based on the signal from the temperature sensor at the output port, ensuring uniform temperature of the medium at the output port. When the heating element overheats, the independent overheat protection device of the heating element immediately cuts off the heating power supply to prevent the heating material from overheating and causing coking, deterioration, carbonization, and in severe cases, burning out the heating element, effectively extending the service life of the electric heater.

The pipe-type heater features fast heating speed, good heat preservation performance and high heating temperature. Gas pipeline heaters are typically used to heat gases such as air and nitrogen, while liquid pipeline heaters are usually used to heat various liquids like water and oil. They can heat the medium to the required temperature in a very short time.
The pipe heater consists of two parts: the main body and the control system. The heating element uses stainless steel pipe as the protective sleeve, high-temperature resistance alloy wire, and crystalline magnesium oxide powder, which are formed by compression process. The control section adopts advanced digital circuits, integrated circuit triggers, high reverse voltage thyristors, etc. to form an adjustable temperature measurement and constant temperature system, ensuring the normal operation of the electric heater.

Common Product Issues
Fault 1: The digital display meter does not work. Check whether the air switch is closed and whether the control circuit is in good condition.
Fault 2: The temperature of the heater does not rise. Check if the fuse is in good condition and if the gas heater is damaged?
Fault 3: Three-phase imbalance. Check whether there is a phase loss in the three-phase incoming line voltage. Open the protective cover of the gas heater and use a multimeter to check whether each single heating element is open-circuited.
