Automobile interior parts heating furnace

The equipment features a high degree of automation, stable and reliable operation, and is capable of fully automatic feeding, heating, pressurizing and discharging. This equipment uses section steel and stainless steel plates as the main materials and Grade A aluminosilicate fiber cotton as the insulation layer. The heating element is made of high-frequency and high-temperature embedded ceramic heating tiles. It is composed of upper and lower frames for radiation heating. Meanwhile, the radiation distance between the upper and lower heaters can be adjusted. Through adjustment, the radiation heating effect of the heating element on the heated workpiece can be maintained at a good working level. The upper and lower heating brackets are moved by rollers to facilitate the work, maintenance and replacement of the heater.

This series of products features a high degree of mechanical and electrical integration. The electrical control system adopts PLC programmable control, which can independently control each heating system of the equipment. The heating furnace is used in conjunction with the temperature control cabinet. The temperature can be adjusted freely within the range of 0 to 400 degrees, and the upper and lower heating zones can be heated separately or simultaneously. The upper and lower floors are divided into twelve zones on the upper floor and nine zones on the lower floor for temperature measurement control. When the temperature in each zone exceeds the limit, the power supply can be cut off and there will be audible and visual alarms at the same time.
