Electric heating tube

The heating tube (electric heating tube) is made of seamless metal tube as the shell, with spiral electric heating alloy wire (nickel-chromium, iron-chromium alloy) evenly distributed along the central axis inside the tube. The gaps are filled with compacted magnesium oxide sand with good insulation and heat conduction performance. The two ends of the tube are sealed with silicone or ceramic. This metal armored electric heating element can heat air, metal molds and various liquids.

Pipe materials: stainless steel seamless pipes, welded pipes, red copper pipes, brass pipes, carbon steel pipes.

The materials include: 10# iron, T4 copper, 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel, Ti titanium, etc.
Surface treatment: Various nickel plating, passivation, blackening, and spraying. Non-standard, customized according to customer requirements!
