Cast copper heaters use tubular electric heating elements as the heat source. They are reasonably bent and formed, and then cast into various shapes with brass material after entering the mold, including disc type, flat plate type, right-angle type, external air-cooled, internal air-cooled, water-cooled and other special types. After fine processing, the surface of the cast copper electric heater is smooth and free of casting defects. It can closely adhere to the heated object. The surface load of the cast copper heater can reach 1-5W/cm², and the working temperature is from room temperature to 600¡æ. The cast copper electric heater is a material with good heating performance in metal casting. The overall heating of the heater is uniform, and the surface processing is smooth, reducing the temperature difference on the surface of the equipment. It features a long service life, excellent heat preservation performance, strong mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and magnetic field resistance. Adding heat preservation devices to the heat dissipation surface can save about 30% of electricity.

It is widely applied in extruders, injection molding machines, plastic machinery, packaging machinery, die heads and molds, cable machinery, high-temperature molds, pipes, chemical, rubber, petroleum and other equipment.
Iii. Usage Method and Maintenance
First, check whether the power supply voltage at the usage site is consistent with the rated voltage of this product. If not, a power supply voltage of the same as the rated voltage of this product should be provided.
2. To ensure safety, it is essential to ensure that the enclosures of electrical equipment are reliably grounded.
3. The magnesium oxide powder at the lead-out end of the electric heating tube should be protected from contamination and moisture infiltration at the usage site
4. Metal casting heaters should be properly positioned and fixed. The effective heating area must be closely attached to the heated object. Open burning is strictly prohibited. When dust or contaminants are found on the surface, they should be removed thoroughly before use
5. The cast copper electric heater should be placed in a dry area. If the insulation resistance drops below 1M¦¸ due to long-term storage, it can be baked in an oven at around 200 degrees Celsius for 5 to 6 hours to return to normal. Or reduce the voltage and apply power for heating until the insulation resistance is restored.
