After finishing, the surface of the cast copper electric heater is smooth and has no casting defects. It can be closely fit with the heated body. The surface load of the cast copper heater can reach 1-5W/cm², and the working temperature is normal temperature -600¡æ. The cast copper electric heater is a material with good metal casting heating performance. The overall heater heats evenly and the surface is flat, reducing the temperature difference on the surface of the equipment. It has a long life, good insulation performance, strong mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, and anti-magnetic field. It adds an insulation device to the heat dissipation surface, which can save about 30% of electricity.

3. Methods of use and maintenance
1. First check whether the power supply voltage at the site is consistent with the rated voltage of this product. If it is different, it should be equipped with the same power supply voltage as the rated voltage of this product.
2. To ensure safety, remember to reliably ground the shell of the electrical equipment.
3. Magnesium oxide powder at the outlet end of the electric heating tube should avoid infiltration of pollutants and moisture in the use site.
4. The metal casting heater should be positioned and fixed, and the effective heating zone must be closely fitted with the heat receiving body. It is strictly forbidden to burn empty. When dust or contaminants are found on the surface, they should be removed in time before use
5. The cast copper electric heater should be placed in a dry place. If the insulation resistance is less than 1M¦¸ due to long-term placement, it can be baked in an oven at about 200 degrees Celsius for 5-6 hours to return to normal. Or reduce the voltage and turn on and heat until the insulation resistance is restored.
